STEP 1: CHILL...
We're bummed that things didn't work out, but don't sweat it! We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase.
THE FINE PRINT:
We follow the standard policy; items must be in their original packaging with tags, all sale items are final sale, and we do not take back panties, earrings, or cosmetics (because that's gross).
If you received a damaged item, please let us know AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. We are only able to take back damaged items that are reported as damaged within 1 day of receiving them. How can we tell, you ask? All online orders are tracked- you'll receive a tracking number upon ordering as well!
STEP 2: SHIPPING ONLINE ORDERS BACK TO US:
We cover the cost of shipping when you order $150.00 worth of goods, however, we don't cover the cost of return shipping.
To return anything from your order, simply let us know by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and give us a little info as to what went wrong. Then bring it to the closest shipping facility (Canada Post, UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc) and send it back to us at:
