RETURNS & EXCHNAGES

STEP 1: CHILL... 
We're bummed that things didn't work out, but don't sweat it! We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of your original purchase.

THE FINE PRINT:
We follow the standard policy; items must be in their original packaging with tags, all sale items are final sale, and we do not take back panties, earrings, or cosmetics (because that's gross).

DAMAGES:
If you received a damaged item, please let us know AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. We are only able to take back damaged items that are reported as damaged within 1 day of receiving them. How can we tell, you ask? All online orders are tracked- you'll receive a tracking number upon ordering as well! 

STEP 2: SHIPPING ONLINE ORDERS BACK TO US:
We cover the cost of shipping when you order $150.00 worth of goods, however, we don't cover the cost of return shipping. 
To return anything from your order, simply let us know by emailing maria@untitledandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and give us a little info as to what went wrong. Then bring it to the closest shipping facility (Canada Post, UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc) and send it back to us at:
